This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Dispatch platform operated by Rehearsal Space App LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It covers two categories of people:
By using Dispatch, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you are a Fan and have questions about how a specific Artist handles your data, please contact that Artist directly. You may also contact us at info@rehearsalspaceapp.com.
When you create a Dispatch account we collect your name or artist/band name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form — we never store plaintext passwords). This information is required to create and maintain your account.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card number or full banking details. We retain your billing address, subscription plan, and transaction history. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Fan data stored in your Dispatch account — including fan names, email addresses, city, state, country, and optional phone numbers — is collected and managed by you as the Artist. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. We collect consent timestamps, signup source identifiers, and IP addresses at the point of fan signup to support compliance documentation.
We store the email campaigns you create, including text, images, subject lines, and send history. This content is used solely to deliver your campaigns and provide you with analytics.
We automatically collect data about how you use the Service including features accessed, campaigns sent, open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates. This data is used to provide analytics to you and to improve the platform.
We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and approximate geographic location when you access the Service. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
When you use Voice to Email, audio recordings are processed to generate transcriptions. Audio data is transmitted to third-party AI processing services and is not permanently stored on our servers after transcription is complete. AI Proofreader data — the text you submit for review — is processed in real time and is not used to train AI models.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your data or your fans' data for advertising purposes. We do not profile your fans for third-party marketing.
We share data with third-party service providers who operate under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to perform services for us:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental or legal request. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such a request unless prohibited by law.
If Rehearsal Space App LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your fans' personal information to any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account enters a read-only state for 12 months during which you can export your fan list. After 12 months, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted. You will receive advance notice by email before permanent deletion occurs. Fan data you delete from your account is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest in Firebase Firestore, bcrypt password hashing, role-based access controls limiting who can access production data, and regular security reviews. We require service providers to maintain appropriate security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
As a Dispatch account holder you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your account data at any time. You may export your fan list from within the app. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact info@rehearsalspaceapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Every email sent through Dispatch includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and honored within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. Fans may also request deletion of their personal data by emailing info@rehearsalspaceapp.com. For data held by a specific Artist, we will coordinate with that Artist to fulfill the request.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect about them, request deletion of their personal information, opt out of the sale of their personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA rights contact info@rehearsalspaceapp.com with subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@rehearsalspaceapp.com and we will delete the information promptly. Artists must not knowingly add fans under 13 to their lists.
