This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Dispatch platform operated by Rehearsal Space App LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It covers two categories of people:
By using Dispatch, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you are a Fan and have questions about how a specific Artist handles your data, please contact that Artist directly. You may also contact us at info@rehearsalspaceapp.com.
When you create a Dispatch account we collect your name or artist/band name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form — we never store plaintext passwords). This information is required to create and maintain your account.
Payment processing for subscriptions purchased through our web platform is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the Dispatch iOS application are billed by Apple through the Apple App Store, with subscription entitlements managed through RevenueCat; Apple processes those charges under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your payment card number or full banking details. We retain your billing address, subscription plan, and transaction history. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy, and, for App Store purchases, to Apple’s applicable terms.
Fan data stored in your Dispatch account — including fan names, email addresses, city, state, country, and optional phone numbers — is collected and managed by you as the Artist. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. We collect consent timestamps, signup source identifiers, and IP addresses at the point of fan signup to support compliance documentation.
We store the email campaigns you create, including text, images, subject lines, and send history. This content is used solely to deliver your campaigns and provide you with analytics.
We automatically collect data about how you use the Service including features accessed, campaigns sent, open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates. This data is used to provide analytics to you and to improve the platform.
We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and approximate geographic location when you access the Service. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Three features in Dispatch send content to third-party artificial-intelligence providers so that they can process it on our behalf. Each is optional, each is off until you turn it on, and the app tells you what will be sent and which company will receive it before anything leaves your device. You can withdraw permission for any of them at any time in the mobile app under Account › AI Features; the feature then stops working until you allow it again. We do not send your content to any AI provider except as described below.
None of this content is used by us or by these providers to train artificial-intelligence models. Both providers act as sub-processors under contract, are permitted to use the content only to perform the function described above, and are listed in Section 4.1.
To keep Dispatch and its shared sending infrastructure safe and reliable for all users, we process information about how the Service is used to send email — including message content and recipient lists — for safety, abuse prevention, and deliverability purposes. This processing constitutes a “business purpose” under the California Consumer Privacy Act and is not a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This processing is in addition to using your information to deliver your email. Specifically, we may collect, generate, and store:
We use this information to protect recipients, maintain the deliverability and reputation of our shared sending infrastructure, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws. Automated screening may flag activity or content for review; certain high-risk behavioral signals (such as a spike in spam complaints) may result in an automatic, reversible pause of an account's sending, and our team may review flagged content and take further action.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your data or your fans' data for advertising purposes. We do not profile your fans for third-party marketing.
We share information with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) who assist us in operating the Service. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service:
These sub-processors are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at info@rehearsalspaceapp.com.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental or legal request. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such a request unless prohibited by law.
If Rehearsal Space App LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your fans' personal information to any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account enters a read-only state for 12 months during which you can export your fan list. After 12 months, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted, other than the safety, abuse-prevention, and deliverability records described in the following paragraph. You will receive advance notice by email before permanent deletion occurs. Fan data you delete from your account is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
We retain safety, abuse-prevention, and deliverability records — including per-account sending metrics and records of protective actions — for as long as needed to operate the Service safely, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal obligations, even after other account data is deleted. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use message content, recipient lists, or the safety data described in Section 2.8 for advertising or to train AI models.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest in Firebase Firestore, password hashing managed by Firebase Authentication, role-based access controls limiting who can access production data, and regular security reviews. We require service providers to maintain appropriate security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
As a Dispatch account holder you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your account data at any time. You may export your fan list from within the app. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact info@rehearsalspaceapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion covers everything except the safety, abuse-prevention, and deliverability records described in Section 5, which we retain in order to keep the Service safe for everyone using it.
Every email sent through Dispatch includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and honored within 10 days as required by CAN-SPAM. Fans may also request deletion of their personal data by emailing info@rehearsalspaceapp.com. For data held by a specific Artist, we will coordinate with that Artist to fulfill the request.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect about them, request correction of inaccurate personal information, request deletion of their personal information, opt out of the sale of their personal information (we do not sell personal information), limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those necessary to provide the Service), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA rights contact info@rehearsalspaceapp.com with subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days.
Dispatch is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@rehearsalspaceapp.com and we will delete the information promptly. Artists must not knowingly add fans under 13 to their lists.
Dispatch is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as the lawful mechanism for such transfers. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process personal data based on the legal bases of contract performance (to deliver the Service), legitimate interests (to improve the platform and prevent fraud), consent (for optional data collection), and legal obligation (for compliance). EEA and UK users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port their data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights or to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), contact info@rehearsalspaceapp.com.
The Dispatch web platform and website use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and collect analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand how users interact with the Service. Google Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Dispatch mobile app does not use browser cookies but may use device identifiers for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, and we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
The July 2026 update added disclosures about safety, abuse-prevention, and deliverability processing (Section 2.8), expanded the list of sub-processors (Section 4.1), and clarified retention of safety and deliverability records (Section 5 and Section 6).
A further update in July 2026 rewrote Section 2.7 to identify each artificial-intelligence feature individually, the specific data each one sends, and the provider that receives it — including Signup Sheet Scanning, which transmits fan contact details — and to record that these features require your permission before any content is sent and can be withdrawn at any time. Section 4.1 was updated to match and to add Google Web Risk as a sub-processor for link safety checking.
